Timewalker Toys is moving! Here's what to expect for the next two months.-- Update 3/15/2025 We haven't posted for two weeks because it took that long to clear out the 87th Street location. But now that's finished, and the next step is to set up our Lenexa location. Which will take a while. We've been prioritizing getting shipping out on time during the move, and have largely met that goal. in fact, our hope that the new space will be more efficient for daily operations has absolutely proved true. At least, it will once the rest of the move is complete. At present, we're on schedule to resume public hours at our new location on April 1, 2024. We're happy about this, considering the amount of inbound shipping we've had, plus at least one blizzard. Thank you to everyone who has picked up something in our moving sale (which we're ending Tuesday night), or just reached out for support. -- Update 3/1/2025 Our Overland Park Gallery is now closed to the general public while we move. If you need to pick up an order, please contact us to find out where to go. Overall, the move is going well and we're a bit ahead of schedule, but every day is a new adventure. We anticipate resuming our public hours on 4/1. -- Update 2/26/2025 Friday, February 28, 2025 is the last day the Overland Park gallery will be open to the public. If you would like to pick up an order after then please contact us to make arrangements. We will be closed for business on Saturday, March 8, 2025. We will respond to messages and shipping will resume on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. Thank you for your patience as we move to the new space! -- Announcement 2/20/2025 After 10 years at our current location in Overland Park, we are relocating to a new space in Lenexa, Kansas. While we love the gallery space, we have outgrown it. Our new location has better warehousing facilities and more work space for our team, plus room for a small gallery. We will be open for local pickups during our usual store hours after the move.
Moving is inherently disruptive, so here's what to expect for the next couple of months.
1) The Overland Park gallery will close to the public on March 1, 2025. We will reopen at the new space on April 1, 2025 with our usual business hours.
2) Local customers can still pick up their orders during that time. Just call ahead so we can tell you where to go.
4) We will have surplus fixtures, and now is the time to make an offer on in-store statues etc. for in-store pickup. We'll know more about that in March. Let us know if you're interested.
The new location will make it easier for us to manage shipments and turn over new arrivals quickly, This is a good move for the business, and we're looking forward to introducing you all to the new space.
