Consignment

Consignment figures are typically retired or hard-to-find figures, accessories, or other items that our customers have consigned to us for sale. Our consignment program is a service to our customers: it makes older figures available to new collectors, and helps others finance or find space for ongoing collections.

Timewalker visually inspects every consignment item and creates a description of its condition in accordance with industry best practices. The price offered is set based on condition, scarcity, and our agreements with the seller.

Tip: Identify consignment items easily by the orange flag at the top of the product image.


Special conditions apply to the sale of consignment items:
  • 1) Box pictures show the actual product for sale. Defects and box condition will be noted in the product record.
  • 2) Prices are set with consignee input to reflect current market prices and not necessarily original retail.
  • 3) Free shipping policy does not apply to consignment sales. Also, consignment items must ship immediately, and can not be "bundled" to ship at a later date.

If you have questions about the condition of a figure, please contact us before you buy. We will be happy to supply additional information or pictures if needed. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your purchase, you have 7 days after receipt of the item to contact us. After 10 days, the sale is considered final.

Consignment Terms

Shipping
Exact shipping will be charged on all consignment purchases. Our free shipping policy does not apply. Orders that combine consignment items with regular inventory will be charged a minimum $12.00 domestic shipping charge regardless of the content of the order. International shipments are subject to our international shipping policy. Insuring consignment purchases (at cost, billed after order is placed) is strongly recommended but not required.

Returns
After the shipment is received you will have seven (7) days to inspect the item, after which the sale is final. We can not consider exceptions to this policy, so please inspect your packages immediately upon receipt. Returns will be accepted only after pre-approval by Timewalker and at the buyer's expense.

Consignment pieces are by definition unique, so place your order before they're gone!
