Local sales tax will also apply to the following non-California drop ship states: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Washington, and Washington DC.

Estimated Shipping Cost: $150-$275, depending on the destination in the Continental US. **Exact shipping will be calculated and billed at the time of shipment.** Shopping cart calculation should be considered an estimated price only.
- Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska shipments: we can ship there, but shipping cost will be higher. We will quote at the time of shipment.
- No international shipments (except Canada and Mexico. For Canada and Mexico, shipping cost will be higher, and will be quoted at the time of shipment).
- Local Pick-ups in Kansas City will still bear the cost of shipping from the distributor to Kansas City and local sales tax.
